<p>Hi everyone! I just enrolled as a new student at a California community college for the Fall Session, with an eye to transferring as a junior to UCLA in a couple of years. I'm probably going to focus on history as my main major on the CC campus, but I'm hoping to take a double major at UCLA, one in history and another in Russian. I'd appreciate anybody's thoughts--especially successful transfer students'!--about UCLA transfers/history or Russian prerequisites/ or about the whole transfer process in general. Thanks!</p>
<p>If i was in your shoes, I would take a look at assist.org (pick your CCC, then UCLA, and major). It will give you all the pre-reqs that you should complete as many as possible. I would also look to complete IGETC and see if my school had a TAP program with UCLA. Heres some links you might be interested in:</p>
