New Commons - 2011 class- live there?

<p>I know from the Vandy website that the 5 new buildings in the Commons open in 2008 for all freshman to live. My question is if my S, who has been admitted to start this fall, lives in the old dorms for the first year - will he, as a Sophomore, be able to live in the new Commons or is the Commons reserved exclusively for freshman?</p>
