New computing contest season

<p>If I am a US citizen, but living outside the US, can I still enter USACO?</p>

<p>amrik - anyone anywhere in the world can enter the USACO internet contests, regardless of citizenship, location, or age (although people past high school are classified as "observers").</p>

<p>All US olympiad camps and teams to the international competitions are restricted to citizens or green card holders, but I don't think there is a requirement that you be residing in the US. I suppose there could be a financial issue if it was going to cost a lot more for your transportation than they normally budget for.</p>
