<p>They've been building a huge new student center/union, I think it's to be finished in early '07. Over the last several years, most dorms have been gutted and renovated. </p>
<p>With the weak Ohio economy and lack of support of education at any level by the state gov't, I can't forsee huge construction projects coming over the next few years. All I can forsee are more tuition increases.</p>
