lol, maybe it shouldn’t just be for new freshmen. how about everyone? where have you gotten this year?

double in unit 3, ida sproul floor 3 :)

same floor last year except a triple

Unit 3 is older. I’ve heard complaints about it, but nothing definite (just a sort of general dislike… not sure why). I used to live in Unit 2 (Wada), now I’m at Channing Bowditch (and paying the $935 to share a double - ouch!)

unit 3 double. def best dorm haha

Unit 2 Triple, wanted Unit 1 or 3 Double

Im got into Bowles.

^ Woooh! Have you accepted?

Unit 1 double :)

Bowles seems pretty fun. The guys always get up early or go out in the evenings to serenade Stern or another dorm. They also hold a party at the end of the year that at one point used to be one of Playboys’ top college parties of the year.

I’ve always heard Unit 1 was the best, Unit 2 was second, and Unit 3 was the third best, but that’s just from my experience living and visiting the various dorms. Unit 3 is the oldest, Unit 1 is the newest. Unit 3 will always be sucky in my memory because I stayed in Unit 3 Norton for CalSO and for some reason we did not hot water above the third floor, but I do think Unit 3 has the best bathrooms through the worst furniture.

yeah i did accept

Unit 1 triple… :)

How does picking a roommate for Berkley work?

you pick it.

for freshmen who didn’t request anyone.

is it random after they calculate our survey results

yep random.

Unit 2 Triple.
Applied for transfer to Unit 3 double. What are the chances of this occurring?

and when do we find out our roommates?? :]

Hmm… it might be difficult to transfer.
Last year we found out roommates like maybe 2 weeks before move in :O

Unit 1 double
