<p>Since I will be residing in a prep school in New Hampshire, I want to know what New Hampshire residents are called. I sorry this question is quite elementary. So far I have come up with New Hamptons and New Hamptonians. Any ideas?</p>

<p>Someone from Massachusetts is called a “Bay Stater” by polite people, and many other crude things by impolite people - or by people from states where Bay Stater arrogance and rudeness has become tiresome.</p>
