Hc is planning to launch its new webpage in august.
The link below is the page still in progress.

Also, June news from HC for incoming kids.

That means she won't be teaching, right? Disappointing news...

Impressive, isn’t she? I took micro economics with her as a 1st year and, after the last lecture, we gave her a round of applause. She’s great! But, I would say that, in terms of her teaching and mentorship by HC standards, she’s “above average”… and I can remember my friends and I giving heart-felt applause to many of our professors (usually for classes with 10+ students as any less would probably embarrass the professor too much).

The good news is that her talents will be used to develop and expand HC’s curriculum in new directions… in the next few years (according to plans) in areas of Middle eastern studies, applied statistics, media/visual studies, and a few more but I can’t recall at the moment…

welll i have to find a new class now cuz she bailed out of econ of pub policy

From what I understand man, the dept of econ is looking for a visiting prof to teach some of the classes that Linda did previously. I believe she said in an interview that econometrics will definitely be taught and that policy +/- depending on the replacement person. hope it works out for you.

Speaking of HC econ, found this while looking for other stuff.. personally, I don't believe in such rankings but they seem to be popular here on CC... HC is ranked 4th in terms of publications by econ faculty...
