New here and need some help!

It has been my dream to either go to a SEC or a Big Ten university school but I am not for sure which ones are the right fit for my majors?

I havent fully decided yet on a major but I am looking at

Business (management, sports management etc.)

Telecommunications

Graphic Design

Multimedia in general

pretty much I am looking at a lot of the multimedia stuff as well as business. I am really looking into Sports Radio as well

Now based on all of that what Big Ten and SEC schools would be right for me? All the information I can get would be great!

Thanks!

S

Many of the schools will have those majors since they are so large. What is your home state? What can you afford? What are your stats?

Well I am based in Indiana and right now the top 2 Ive been looking at that seem to offer what Im looking at is University of Alabama and Indiana University

Im a part of the radio club so radio is something I would like to continue doing

right now Im having a tough time deciding which major would be best for me

Telecommunications
Graphic Design
Computer Science
Sports Management

After I get my bachelors Im looking at going back and getting a Masters in Business Admin

If you were going to stay in Indiana, BSU would probably be better then IU in anything related to communications and new media. That being said, I know you are interested in Big 10/SEC schools. I believe Ohio State is known for their communications programs?

You know that SEC/Big Ten are athletic affiliations right? And typically, especially regarding SEC schools, these are large state land-grant institutions that provide a sub-par education when compared to their more prestigious private counterparts on the coasts?

Don’t listen to informative.

I suggest University of Florida for your interests and it’s pretty reasonable for out-of-state fees and tuition.

Considering that your academic interests are relatively broad at this point, and you are interested in post graduate studies, save your money and go to Indiana. It is a great value and keep you in the Big 10. With such a diverse set of interests, why pay OOS tuition?
