New Immunization Law in California

The biggest danger you put yourself and your child in, is getting behind the wheel of a car.

Just for the record, the U.S. Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) was set up because pharma companies had decided to get out of the vaccine business because it was too unprofitable (contrary to popular belief). Adding to its unprofitability were the lawsuits—just as every, single drug on the market generates many lawsuits. The difference is that for most drugs, the cost-benefit is not even close—it is SO worth it to them to take on the lawsuits because the drugs are so uber profitable.

The federal government had to set up VICP so ensure the continued existence of vaccines.

As to why we continue to vaccinate against polio, that’s because polio is still around and there could easily be huge outbreaks if we stop vaccinating. We don’t vaccinate against smallpox because that has been successfully eliminated. The people who run vaccination programs are not as stupid as you seem to think they are.

For those who couldn’t care less about other people whose lives may depend on your participation: You never know when you or your precious child who is worth so much more than anyone else’s child will be exposed to something unusual which you weren’t expecting because no one gets that here. It’s happened to me twice.

Or when your precious child might have to undergo chemotherapy, and it would be life-threatening for her to be around unvaccinated people.
