New in the field!

Hi everyone!
I am an international student from Italy and I applied to colleges in the US. I actually got into Suffolk University, University of Michigan and NYU (but in the Liberal Studies Program at NYU). My decision now is between UMich and NYU.

Ok so I've been doing some research, but I am still really undecided, as I would like to study Econ and Finance (I didn't apply to Stern because I didn't know about it, my bad..but I doubt I would've got in anyway). Now NYU really attracts me also because I would be spending my freshman year in London, but I wouldn't be able to study Finance once reached my junior year, as, from what I could understand, CAS does not offer the course (LS program becomes CAS at junior year).
On the other hand, UMich doesn't appeal to me as much, although I hear has a very good reputation and provides great education to its students. I think I could be able to study Econ and Finance there. Maybe I could try to transfer to Stern or another good business school from UMich for my sophomore year?

But then again, could I not study Business/Finance at graduate school? Sorry for all this confusion, but I am not really well prepared on how college in the US works, as I was never told anything about it.

Thank you in advance. :)
