Hi everyone!
I am so glad i found this website because i am so confused about housing at ucla. I was wondering, what is the difference between a residential plaza, residential hall, and residential suite?? And which housing is the best place to meet people and has the best parties?? It would help if there were specific names of buildings given!

"If you will be receiving enough financial aid to cover your housing costs, then you may qualify for the financial aid deferment, Payment Plan G. Plan G allows you to submit a $400 payment and defer the balance of the initial payment until October 1? "

Im sure this applies to me, does that mean i pay 400 for housing and that's all I pay??

For some reason i can't ask a question on the ucla housing website becuz my account doesn't work but i was wondering also, when i accept the offer for ucla, i have to pay 100 dollars deposit, is there a fee waiver for that or anything to help pay for it??

Ironic that you made another thread about it. And please, read the statement more carefully:

"Plan G allows you to submit a $400 payment ** and defer the balance of the initial payment until October 1**"

So NO, you don't just pay $400. That $400 is like a down payment, a deposit, etc. You pay the rest of your housing fees, which is now due October 1.
