The repeat episodes so far appeared to be randomly selected. But I think they highlight the contestants who will be in the Second Chance tournament. They will be announced tonight.

I totally forgot the new season started last night. Ken was introduced as “the host of Jeopardy!” for the first time.

Another 5 time champion already this season. Surprised the winner bet $6000 in the daily double tonight, which potentially kept another contestant in reach if he had gotten it wrong. Also surprised no one got Final Jeopardy correct.

That was either a very stupid, or a very ballsy move. Not sure which he was going for.
His FJ wagers have been strange all week.
I thought the same at first, but then figured he bet to cover everybody betting all and getting it right.

My husband went to CMU so that one was easy! Had it at 1900 and didn’t even need to see the rest about Tartans and a Scottish Terrier!

Me too! Of all the colleges we visited or kiddo applied to, it was the only one whose team and mascot stayed with me (except for where she went, of course).

Thanks. I thought that at the time and glad it did not effect the final outcome as all 3 got close by the time of Final Jeopardy.

Simu Liu, Ego Nwodim and Andy Richter according to my TV listing. I have heard of Andy Richter but not the other two.
I recognized Andy plus I knew Ego from SNL.
I’m surprised they only started taping a couple of weeks ago; one of the categories was Elizabeth II, and one of the contestants, plus one of the clues, mentioned her death.
