I liked her. I didn’t find her too perky. Certainly not in comparison to Katie.

I enjoyed Mayim as a host. She was interesting and clearly enjoyed beint the host, but still let the game be the star.

Count me as another one who really liked Mayim Bialek!
I haven’t watched Jeopardy much in many years, but we happened upon it while changing channels. I thought Mayim Bialek did a fine job.
I am enjoying Mayim Bialik and smiled a bit when I thought she was dressed much like Amy Farrah Fowler and nothing like Blossom! I do know she considers herself Modern Orthodox Jewish, so I understand the conservative attire.
She explained the reason for her wardrobe choices:

I watched his first two episodes tonight while exercising. His timing was off on responding to questions. Made for an awkward flow of the game. But later watched tonight’s episode and he was much better on that. Something each of the guest hosts has done in terms of gettting better as they go along. That being said, Savannah struggled with that all the way through her two weeks/days. Sanjay is obviously very comfortable in front of a camera.

There was a contestant tonight, a young man named S.A. who spoke very quickly in chopped sentences, so we found him difficult to understand. His speaking cadence also seemed to throw off Dr. Gupta’s timing as well.
yeah, my brothers and i noticed him as well. he seemed in a rush all the time to get to the next question for some reason
