<p>The Cadet Leader Development System information is there. I'm not sure when it was added, but I was just checking to see if final grades had been received and noticed it.</p>

<p>The 28 page circular fits nicely with the ethics book the cadets recently received. </p>
<p>The CLDS applies to the entire corps of cadets, not just incoming cadets.</p>
<p>Learned a new word from the booklet. CLDS states that fourth class cadets are focused on "followership" , third on "Responsibility" and second and first class on "leadership".</p>
