<p>I've got this link as well. I've been accepted and I'm international. Unfortunately I don't think it indiactes an acceptance for deffered applicants.</p>

<p>FYI, those are two forms that admitted international students must complete in order to study at UMich.</p>
<p>I was accepted, but am an instate student. It appeared this morning for me also. I'm guessing it's just something that was added this morning to WA and has appeared for everyone regardless of admission status or citizenship.</p>
