you get appointed. I don’t know if it’s the mods or the administrator, but they come to you.
I don’t think they need moderators, by the way what’s the work of a moderator? (for CC?)
I notice the moderators don’t post here too much…maybe you’re not supposed to post here if you’re a moderator so you remain objective, or something.
The admin probably uses his friends or other people he knows and trusts.
