New Member-->Need help for college search!

Hello everyone!
I'm a new member on college confidential, I'm not quite sure if I'm navigating correctly or anything, but ANYWAYS. I'm not quite sure where to start my search for colleges. I go to a renowned private, all boys, Catholic high school on Long Island. I haven't received my 3 year average (because it can change dramatically because our final exams are 1/2 total average) but I have between 97.5-98.0 average on a 100 scale. I'm very involved in extracurricular activities; I write for the school paper, in Spanish club, Sacristans (a volunteer group), math club. I've played piano for 5 years, done recitals, state competitions etc. I play in a handbell choir at my church. I I have a special skill in art, placed in art competitions etc. (maybe minor in a type of art) I have played tennis for 8 years up until I was 15 doing tournaments and travel teams, I never played on the school team though. I primarily run track and cross country, though I've been out due to some growth injuries (i dont plan to play a sport in college, but I figure my success in it can give me an edge) I haven't taken SATs yet, but i think the range would be high 600s to mid 700s for math and writing. I plan to take an ACT this fall, not sure how I'll do, maybe 30, plus or minus. I've taken one AP (European History- 3)-not too fun. But I know I should be taking sat subject tests (does anyone recommend any?)
ANYWAYS! With what I listed above, is there any chance of top tier schools I could be accepted to, if so please list them. ---as well as any other schools you would find suitable. The main dilemma is that my parents have financial trouble, and my brother and sister have both sacrificed possibly better schools for scholarships etc. But I don't want to do that! I want to go to the best college I can, and put the money not on scholarship on a loan. I'm interested in pre-law/business(accounting)/possibly pre-med. Also, I would definitely need financial aid. I live in NY, and am looking primarily for schools in the northeast (even east coast).I really appreciate any suggestions, thanks for your time! Any help would be great.
