<p>I live in GA, i am african american and i am in high school where i am enrolled in the IB %(International Baccalaureate) program. the colleges i am looking at arePenn state, UNC, UVA, UGA & Villanova Here are my stats</p>

Unweighted GPA: 3.24
Weighted GPA: 3.75
Class rank: Top quater
ACT: 25 composite ( 21 english & 25 math)
SAT : 1630 ( 510 critical reading 580 math 540 writitng)
* i do plan on taking this over again to achieve better scores</p>

<p>Other:
Varsity soccer 4 years ( Captain for 2)
Club Soccer: leading goal scorer in georgia with 30+ goals (2010)
Habitat for Humanity member
Hands on Atlanta ( community service 50+ hours)
other community serive (50+ hours)</p>

<p>Classes
I received a 6 (out of 7) on my spanish IB exam and i dont take my other exams until the end of my senior year. i am also taking 2 Ap clases my senior</p>

I know i dont have the best of GPAs but hopefully they will take into account the rigor of my classes, being in IB. can you please give me your thoughts </p>

<p>Congrats on the 6 on your spanish! Not to bash you, or anything, but it doesn’t really appear as if your ECs are guided by a passion. You may have a passion for community service, but it isn’t evident. Approaching this from a totally objective viewpoint and not considering ethnicity, your SAT and GPA alone will not provide you with the best shot at these schools. All of them are high matches/reaches. You really need to work hard during senior year if you want to get into your top school.
