New member-Sophmore-Just wondering if on right track

Hi everyone,

Thanks for looking. I'm a sophmore at a pretty big/competitive high school (3000+). I just wanted to know, based on my credentials, whether I was on the right track for the ivies and more prestigious schools.

Stats: around 4.85 weighted GPA 4.0 uw (hopefully i won't get a b in trig this year...)

Freshman year:

Sophmore year:

Science Research

So far I have straight A's save a "B" right now in Trig (89.87%) but I'm hoping this will go up as finals week draws near.

I took a Practice SAT administered by the Princeton Review and got somewhere around a 2240. My scores in the respectice topics were pretty much even though I can't remember the exact numbers.

thanks

bump bah bump bump bump

Sorry, but I mean you're only a sophomore. Not much we can say because you currently have no leadership roles in Extracurriculars...those usually come by senior year. So try to become president of a club or two by then...Until then, work on getting good grades. Really, I promise you that if you just concentrate on high school in 9th/10th grades, you'll be okay.

All that can be said now is, you haven't ****ed up your chances in any way. What really determines whether you can actually get in is 11th grade...good luck with that. Until then, chill out about college and work hard in high school. Think about a really good summer program for this summer. And whatever you do, don't go to a Leadership Conference!
