Hello, my name is Chris and I hvae been accepted into Rutgers. I have been accepted to two Rutgers schools I am very interested in and am on the waiting list for one I hear is very good. I've gotten admittied to the schools of engineering and SAS in New Brunswick and am on waiting for the School of Business in NB. Now, I am not sure which would be the better decision between the engineering school and SAS school. Keep in mind that I am still undecided but am thinking of taking pre med courses inorder to go into some type of medicine. Also, I do not know whether to wait for a decision to be made by the business school. I am worried the spots currently open in the other schools will be taken up before I make a decision. SO which scool should I attend and should I wait for business school before making a choice?

if you really want to go to med school, i'd say sas. the bs and the school of engineering both have very rigorous programs as you become an upperclassman. for med school, most people take one full year of bio, chem, physics, and orgo chem, and are typically in sas. Some of these courses are not easy and the key to getting into med school is all about the gpa.

It would be harder for you to obtain a high gpa in the school of engineering or business due to their courseloads.
