New Opus Links!!?

Okay, under SA SELF SERVICE> Learner Services, there are definietly new links. Under the "Admissions" part of it, there is "Schedule A Senior Tour" and "Schedule Senior Housing". Under Academics, there is "View Unofficial Transcrpt" and "View Transer Credit Report". Under Finances, there is "Account Summary" and "Total Due Charges".

I never saw any of these before.

by the way, they are ALL clickable...(some dont say anything)

One of the new links looks like this. The only two things that i can click are " View Unofficial Transcript" and "View Transfer Credit Report"

Academic Record
Request transcripts, view your course and grade history, evaluate your transfer credit, apply for graduation and request an enrollment verification.

View My Grades
Request Official Transcript
View Transcript Request Status
View Unofficial Transcript
View Degree Progress Report
View Transfer Credit Report
View My Advisors

I also have everything you said.
strongly hope that change means 'something'.

i have it all too!!
should mean something..

When I click on View Transcript, some information comes up. Anyone else see anything? I hope this means something..

What do these mean:Schedule A Senior Tour" and "Schedule Senior Housing"????

you mean View unofficial transcript?
when I click on it, something appeared too.
Like this:

Choose an Institution and Report Type and press Go to view your Report.
This process may take a few minutes to complete. Please do not press any other buttons or links while processing is taking place
Academic institution : ( )
Report type: ( ) GO

SHOULD MEAN SOMETHING!

DD does not have the links :(
She will be bummed.
Guess she better start filling out the rest of the applications.

Not to raise false hopes, but make sure you clear your browser before checking for changes. D didn't have links either until I did that.

Yes I Have Those Links-- View Unofficial Transcript And View My Transfer Report

how do you "clear your browser"?

I dont think anyone should be too quick to judge whether these links mean anything...Maybe Emory is currently updating OPUS..i think we should wait to see who gets them....Last year, I remembering reading some people never got the links who were accepted.

When I click the Transcript button, and press search, it shows me my Campus ID. Anyone know what that is??

JKH411 or whatever his name is should check if he has these links...because his counselor told him he got in.

Seiclan, start with "refresh" but if nothing changes there, delete cookies and files from Tools/Options... But I agree with Dell that not having the links right now could just mean that the staff has not waded through all the data yet. The letters only went out last night, there's no reason to believe that OPUS is completely updated already.

Yeah, i told seiclan to right click on internet explorer and delte cookies, files, and clear history.

DriveSitCheer, can you log into LearnLink??

Son is applying RD. Out of curiosity, I checked his OPUS account. He has some of the same new links that you describe about unofficial transcripts, grades etc. However, none of them are clickable.

He does not have a listing for Account Summary or Total Due charges, or for senior housing or tours.

I would hesitate to say what these links mean, especially since my RD son has some of these same new listings. Some of it could be general updating of the website.

I am an Emory alum, and I wish everyone good luck. It's been a long wait. If it makes you feel any better, the Chicago forum is also still waiting. My son applied EA Chicago so he is pacing the floor.

Haven't tried, dell, since I'm mom, not student, I stopped at discovering the student and campus ID which was good enough for me -- I don't belong in her LearnLink space I don't think. :)

The links mentioned were always there, but they only became clickable in the last 24 hours.

LOL> i hope the campus ID means were in

?

That's the $64,000 question. The only thing we can know for sure is that having a campus ID means you are not **out/b. LOL

Ahh, i guess we will have to wait till' Monday for the letters then.
