New "Presidential Residence Hall," almost completed

Hooray for progress!</p>

<p>What’s going on with the sod? Are they doing something different? Something with the drainage or what?</p>

<p>As for the Presidential Res Hall…I like that it has a center area. Anyone know what that will be like?</p>

<p>Impressive. If anyone is going to be in town for the Rose Towers demolition, video tape it!!! I want to see that roach motel go down in a cloud of dust.</p>

<p>They generally replace the sod each summer if I’m not mistaken. Last summer I went on a stadium tour and it would similar to this picture.</p>
