In the latest QS Top Universities Ranking, UMich was placed at #23 around the world and is the only public universities in US within top 25.

Also worth noting that Michigan was #12 in the US overall. I can’t say that I like the methodology, but anytime Michigan is ranked among the top 25 universities in the World, or top 15 in the US, it is great advertising. Europeans live by the QS rankings, so it is no wonder that Michigan is so highly regarded in Europe.
