Chemistry 760

Yay! it went up by 140 points!!!

M:710
V:730

Last december, which was basically the same test...m760, v660. Sigh, I guess I'm satisfied.

I got a 680 in Spanish...not bad for someone who has only taken 2 spanish classes. Out of spanish 4 at UNC-CH and duke!!!!

ARRRGH!

790 Math IIC

680 Chem

sigh... was hoping 750 + for both. DIE CHEM DIE!

680 on Chem? :-

Which book did you use for preparation?

any one else a stand by student? my scores are not up

620 was what I got on Chem when I prepared with Princeton Review's "Cracking...."
760 was what I got on Chem when I prepared with Barron's How To Prepare...

Hmm... time to burn Princeton Review... haha

were you standby for sat ii or sat ?

i was only registered for math level 2c but added two subjects for sat ii

math i 680
literature 750
writing 780

:D

U.S. History - 800
World History - 790
Physics - 800

In Addition to previous ones:
Biology - 770
Math IIC - 800
Chemistry - 800

Real SAT's didn't do the trick for me. Just hours of Barron's tests, Kaplan's tests, Princeton Review's tests, . . . and memorizing all the answers. Tests are generally very predictable.

Son took writing standby - his score is up. No more SAT's - yeah.

Math IIC - 740 (w00t)
Physics - 600 (omfg)

Eco Bio- 720
Literature- 720 (disappointed-ish, but I know that I shouldn't be)
Writing-800 (rockin!)

I got an 800 on my Math IIC. Something I really needed, I can finally hang my hat on something because my PSAT scores weren't stellar. Makes up for my 73 (two stupid mistakes! rr!) on my PSATs this year.

Barron's SAT II Math book really was a godsend. Thing is, I thought I couldn't have possibly gotten an 800 on it so I bought Sparknote's Five Math IIC Tests book to practice for a January retake...well...so much for that.

hey any suggestions on a good writing help book?
you guys all did so well for it..
i on the other hand totally bombed that :(
oh wells, trying again in jan so any suggestions?
thanks

esther, I posted a thread not too long ago seeking information about SAT Writing resources. Search the forum. :)

wut do u think?

600 writing

700 math IIC

730 math IC????????? is that good or bad?

yay!! will do just that.
thanks h88

my score sucked.
SAT 1 M 780
V 630 total 1410
i'm going to retake it in Jan.

800 SATII writing. I'm done. SATI + 3 SATIIs = 3940. I should be thrilled, but I wish I got such a good writing score BEFORE I got deferred from MIT :(
