So my new SAT score just came in and are better then the previous score that I have listed on my common app. Is there a way for me to update them? because it seems that everything is locked in on the common app.

If you have already submitted the common app, don’t worry about it. Just have the new scores sent to your schools, and they will use those numbers.

Are you sure they don’t fuss about not using your first scores (that apparently reflect your current potential or some rubbish like that).
I’m retaking SAT in december (Oct wasn’t so good). Just sending my Dec score would be ok? They’d accept it over the Oct one?

I have the same problem as you, Linger. it’s locked!

You cannot edit it once it has been submitted to any school on your list, BUT what you can do is create another version from the original one and make whatever changes you want. There again, if you submit that to a school, and then want to make changes, you will have to create another version. There is a limit to the number you can create, but I don’t remember what it is.
