New Sat test sections 9 vs 10 two different forms

From the college board website I find the following facts;

There was black-and-white cover verson of SAT Reasoning Test on Jan 28, 2006, you had one of two section orders. They both had 10 total sections including Equating section (the one that does not count toward your score)

There was also the pink-cover verson of the test on January 28, 2006 which had only nine sections meaning that there was no equation section. This means that the test took 30 minutes less to complete? If this is so then these students can have netter chances to get a higher score as the test is shorter and they do not get as musch tired as the ones taking ten sections test. This is a biased testing procedure.

Same kind of things happened on January 29, 2006

Does anyone know this?

This is not fair, to the students who took 10 sections against those who took only 9 sections, if this is true.

Any comments is greatly appreciated from all who know this for fact.

Hey, maybe the curves are different for each test.

But meh, fatigue has never affected my test taking.

Fatigue is the main facotr that has affected the whole average scores of all students 1.2 miilon a year taking this long test. Did you know that?

I thnik the curves are the same too!!!!

If the 9 non-equation sections were identical to the black/white cover ones then, yes, the curves would be the same as the equating section is not curved.

but what about the fatigue factor? It takes 30 min longer to finish 10 sections than to finish 9 sections so in reality it is not fair
