New SAT- Which class will be the first?

<p>My D is currently a sophomore in high school so she'll be graduating Class of 2016. Someone said that they understood that this will be the guinea pigs for the new SAT coming out. recently heard that it was delayed until Spring 2016. Any new info out there?</p>

<p>New SAT will make its debut Spring 2016, so current 9th graders will be the first to take the new PSAT Fall 2015 followed by new SAT Spring 2016. An argument for current 9th graders to take SAT Fall of Jr year. </p>

<p>CB is currently stating it will debut in spring '16 (probably March–the 2005 new test rolled out in March). New PSAT comes out fall '15.</p>

<p>OK, thanks for the update. That’s good news for her since she got a great score on the PSAT recently.</p>

<p>Oh My God I’m so relieved, I would die if I had to be the test monkey for a new SAT. That was a freakin close one.</p>

<p>^ I would most certainly ragequit my persistent, but pointless to no avail studies for SAT happily and pick up an ACT textbook.</p>
