I was wondering, with the new SATs, if colleges are going to be looking at all three sections as a cumulative score, or are they going to consider the CR+Math much more heavily since I heard some colleges just disregard the writing sections.

I'm terrible with CR but i can manage a 780 on writing and 800 math, which probably makes my cumulative score much better than it would be if colleges only looked at math+english.

A lot of schools aren't paying that much attention to the writing section yet, which is weird because it replaced the SAT II Writing test. You can ask the schools you're applying to if they're giving them any weight or not.

If you're really bad with CR I would focus on that in your SAT prep and retake. PR is solid for CR (unintentional rhyme but there you go).
