THANKS!

did you apply ED to W+M? I did, and my stats are similar to yours with the exception of slightly lower SAT scores, but I'm in the top 2% of my class of 430. I'd say you have a good shot at W+M, but sometimes it depends on where you live. (I live in Maryland in Montgomery County, and so many ppl apply to W+M, that the odds may still be against me). As for U. of Maryland, I'd say you'll most likely get it.

I live in NJ. NJ is the second-most out-of-state population (PA is #1). Noone from my school has applied/gone to WM for year so that def. helps me because i go to a good HS. good luck to you.

Bumpy PLEASE!

Gggggggrrrrr Bump

Bump! PEOPLE JUST ANSWER!

solid portfolio... emphasize something you will bring to those colleges. really, anyone can have the same credentials, but bring something unique.

you should have no problem getting into W&M and the rest... Cornell will be a reach/match... not sure, though. Check the WIlliam and Mary board.

yeah i agree with uva james... you will need some luck to get into cornell, but the others should be fine. good luck!!

bump.. i just want a few more opinions

Phew...that's good to know for WM, because my GPA and SAT composite are exactly the same as yours, and I'm out of state too (NC). I wasn't sure about my chances there since I'm OOS and female.

We'll see in April though.

I'd say with your stats and legacy, you're more than likely in at Cornell. As long as you sell yourself well, I see nothing to keep you from William & Mary, either. Of the others, I'd say you have a good shot at them. It's a good list. :)

Thanks alot guys.. anyone else?!

you have a very solid shot at all those schools, IMO
