The University of Southern California is pleased to offer the ability of students to receive online messages regarding the status of their application. However, all decision notifications are made via postal mail.
Undergraduate Application (Part II, Fall 2010)
Your application is being reviewed by the admission committee. We will mail notification of their decision by April 1. If for some reason you don't receive our written notice, we will be happy to provide the results over the phone beginning April 11th.

I think what dream MEANT to hypothesize, and I agree, is that this new status change (given the date is March 28th) likely means a DECISION and an IMMINENT mailing, but not necessarily a mailing today. After all, it is Sunday. Try to avoid hysteria! Only a few more days!

USC doesn’t waitlist. Instead, they offer spring admission to some applicants. These applicants can sometimes get bumped up to fall admission. There have been a few people who have gotten spring admission, check the STATS ONLY - 2010 thread posted by alamemom.

Look guys, this reviewed to forwarded, and then forwarded back to reviewed seems to be new this year, so the best thing you can do now is PROMISE EVERYONE HERE THAT YOU WILL COME BACK TO THIS FORUM TOMORROW OR TUESDAY AND TELL EVERYONE WHAT HAPPENED NEXT!!! I’m specifically talking to those of you who just went from forwarded to reviewed today. Come back and tell us what your letter or packet was. When was the postmark, when did you receive it, and was it fall admit, spring admit, or rejection? Thanks.
