"New Student Record" publication

<p>I just received a flyer and questionaire for this with a cover letter from the Cal Poly Alumni Association urging participation. They want a mug shot and info on areas of interest and study which an outfit called Herf Jones compiles and prints in a yearbook format. The cost is $27 to the student and another $34.50 if the parents want one.</p>

<p>Is this worth doing?</p>

<p>Obviously its a fund raiser for the alumni association which I’m fine with just so long as there’s some value to it.</p>

<p>well I think it’s for a good cause, and it would be pretty neat to see yourself in a yearbook
but I’m not rich enough to consider it haha</p>
