"New Student" tab on Stony Brook Solar??!!

<pre><code>I've seen posts on this before but i'm skeptical. Does the "New Student" Tab on my solar account mean anything? And if it does mean that i'm in, do i have to wait for an official Letter/e-mail stating this?.. i'm asking cause i'm international and would like to get things rolling since i have a little time before i would have to leave.. a little insight would be nice =)

<p>Is everyone who are getting responses around this time applying for spring? I applied for fall of 2010 and I was told I wouldn’t get a response until January or February.</p>
