<p>Hello all!
As I have been filling out the Common App, whenever I have a question, results from this website came up, and they have been very useful. So, I joined and found this forum. What I want to know is "what are my chances" of getting into an Ivy League School? I'm a senior now and have applied early for my safety schools. </p>

<p>Now, I want to work on applying to these schools which has always been my dream.</p>

<p>ACT info
27 Composite score
English 29, Math 25, Reading 28, Science 24, Writing 8</p>

<p>SAT info..
Critical Reading 680, Math 570, Writing 600 (I am retaking SAT in november as well)
I will take my SAT IIs in December - Spanish and either Lit or World History</p>

<p>I am a straight A student, and a very good essay writer.</p>

<p>I got a 5 on my World History AP exam, and will take the Spanish AP exam in Spring</p>

<p>This year, my classes are (Spanish 5 AP, Physics, Sociology, Anthro, Precalc, Concert Choir, and English 12 Honors)</p>

<p>I am highly involved in Spanish- member of my school's first Spanish Nat'l honor society for 3 years, silver medal in the National Spanish Exam, in Spanish 5 AP now... I am considering Spanish as a major.</p>

<p>In 10th grade my family hosted a foreign exchange student and last summer I spent a month visiting in Germany. (I'm interested in other cultures)</p>

<p>I have been in Girl Scouts since age 8, earned my silver and bronze award.</p>

<p>I have been playing piano for 4 years (my favorite hobby, been in several recitals)
I sing in my school's Concert Choir, and in my church choir, Also i was a leader in my church teen band and sang solos every time</p>

<p>I was on my school's Freshman volleyball team in 9th grade.</p>

unweighted class rank is 8 out of 282 (I’m tied with 8 others) (decile- 1) top 3%
weighted class rank is 28 out of 282 (decile- 1)
I earned 23 credits out of 21 attempted - I earned my Algebra & spanish 1 cred in middle school.</p>

<p>Thanks for replying - I would really like to attend Princeton or Harvard. These have most appealed to me. Plus I live on the Northern East Coast and could drive to both.</p>

<p>Alright. what is your UW GPA?
Also I am going to have to say no to Harvard and Princeton unless your African and you have some amazing hooks your not telling us about.</p>

<p>Unweighted GPA is 3.95 because in 10th grade I got a B in Alegebra II.
Unfortunately I’m white (lol) and I think I’ve mentioned everything worth mentioning.</p>

<p>ACT and SAT are way too low aim for 30+ or 2100+</p>

<p>ok, thank you. Like I said, I am retaking the SAT and ACT. And this time, I’m studying up on Math and Science a whole lot more and plan on not writing a 5 paragraph essay because I think they took off points for that.</p>

I don’t know if my dream schools are too far fetched or if I have ANY chance.</p>
