<p>Lake Forest is a school where there is a majority of extremely wealthy kids. It’s not known for a Jewish presence on campus, either. I wonder if your son wouldn’t feel, in many ways, like a fish out of water there.</p>
<p>I’d suggest that he use his music skill as an entry to schools, then transfer or double major. You are going to need to explore every avenue, and this is an obvious one. He should certainly consider Blair at Vanderbilt. Vandy does take a number of outstanding local students and their FA policy is no loans:
