New to site, questions of college and chances from a high school student

Hey, I have been searching for information on college, now that I have reached the point where I need to look into college, but not worry too much about it. I was wondering if anyone interested could give some input on my chances of getting into some schools. My top picks are yale, columbia, vassar, brown, and NYU.
I have a 3.9 not weighted, at a top 20 high school in the US. I am president of about 12 clubs, run nearly every event at school, and have legacy at yale, columbia, vassar, and have family working in yale, vassar, and columbia.
I am an AP music theory guitarist, and studio musician, singer, member of thespian troop 201 society for acting, get leads in shows, run every event and performance that goes on at school. I am in semi-pro martial arts, and teach a children's Judo class at a local gym. I am part of a community based program at school which is comprised of english and social studies, and is filled with intelligent kids who not only succeed in enhanced courses( a normal course is considered harder than the average AP, I'm taking AP's in this course.) It is for kids who really take interest in their work and not only learn from discussion and others, but give back to the learning as well. I run charity events, take part in everything, and do as much as I can. The list may seem non specific, but when I say every event, I mean I haven't left school before 10 PM this whole year. Tell me what you think, or tell me if I'm in the wrong area for the forum.
Thanks- samA

Are you a ■■■■■? And we need scores.

No I am social during the weekend, just this year I haven’t had much time to fool around, and my grades aren’t as high as they generally are. I’m president of clubs like peer drug educators, jr players, select singers, asian club(not even asian), magic club, key club, save for africa, help the homeless, and all types of clubs like those. My scores, if by that you mean grades then i think my actual number is around a 95. I haven’t taken my SAT, ACT, or any national tests. I have a while until those come around. But I would say I could get a 2200 on the SAT.
