New UC essays?

<p>The daughter of someone my mom knows said that the U of C had changed their essay questions and format for this year-- that there were only two essays instead of three, and the prompts were different. However, I can't find anything like that on the U of C website (isn't only last year's app available?). Has anyone heard about that? Or any ideas where she got that information from?</p>
