So I applied to UCI as a senior in highschool last year and did not get in but now im going to have 60 units and an associates in Psych by the end of the spring semester so I am applying to the UC's as a transfer (uci mainly with a 3.45) I was wondering do I use the same UC Application account as last time or do I make a new one?
Also what are my chances?
3.45 ( except that gpa is based off only 7 classes 2 c's and 5 A's will they take that into account? is that a good thing if they do?)
Do i use the EC's I used in highschool? I've gone to this community college for literally a half semester so far.
I am in a California CC
major in Criminology.
igetc finished as well as pre req's

You can use the same account and just start a new application. How come you didn’t TAG?

The application said I needed a certain amount of units by the end of the summer 2012 semester for TAG, I only had about 12. So I did not qualify. I wasn’t mistaken was I?

I. Am. Wondering. That. Too. O_O
I’ve taken all my units, IGETC, but ended up TAG-ing for a Chinese major to UC Irvine (it has no reqs). I’m afraid if I get into UCI with the intent of a Chinese major, the won’t allow me to change majors to Mechanical Engineering (my real intended major). Not sure if it would’ve been wiser for me to not TAG at all and submit ME for all my schools or just TAG for Chinese at UCI, and ME for the rest of the UCs. Can anyone give input as well?

Edit: I’ve fulfilled IGETC but not the lower division courses required to TAG to UCI for Mechanical Engineering. :x

^You can still apply as ME on your UC app. What you put on that is what they will evaluate you for. You will be forfeiting TAG if you do so though.

@rickyseg, ah, yes, you need 30 units by the end of summer term to be eligible for TAG.

LAforLife what’s good man?! Haven’t talked to you in a while dog.
