<p>New administration–new ideas. The new Chancellor very much wants her own team and is changing many top admins. Seltzer was given a different non-admin job.</p>
<p>Quality, not quantity, of applicants is the goal when I read the article.</p>
<p>Generally I think it’s easier to get quality out of quantity. See U of Chicago. People are drawn by competition. It’s weird but I don’t make the rules.</p>
