I'm so nervous! I applied to UCLA, UCB, UCI, UCSB, UCSD, and UCSC.
Of course I would want UCLA or UCB, UCB has alwayssss been my dream school since I was in junior high. But now I'm being realistic, and plus UCI is the only UC with a journalism program anyways, which is suppose to be the 5th best j program in the country, so I'd be so happy to go there.

Semester: Fall 2011

-currently interning for my city's local magazine and have been for 4 months.

I'm also applying to many out of state schools, like NYU. Does anyone know the minimum requirements to get into NYU as a transfer or what's generally a competitive GPA there???
My cc counselor told me that a GPA of 3.5 is considered competitive there. And since NYU's deadline isn't until april, I have time to turn in my winter classes, which if I get A's, which I WILL cause it's two easy classes, then I'll have a 3.3. Do you think I have a shot????

I'm a new user guys! So please help!
