Live more "in the moment" than "for the future" (all though still keep the future in mind as a major motivator, of course)</p>

<p>i dont understand how you people dont eat breakfast??? i mean if i dont have two really really really (and i mean REALLY) big bowls of cheerios in the morning, or some other sort of breakfast food, i am starving to death by 11 AM. </p>
<p>especially you, XCchick, dont you need to eat a lot for running? i hate running on an empty stomach. </p>

<p>I hope your not calling me anorexic..because im not. I dont run in the morning so it really doesn't make a difference unless i have a race. What I mean and i think what everyone else means is sitting now and eating a meal rather then grabbing a breakfast bar and orange juice to go. I'm not a morning person so i have trouble making the time to get up in the morning and i usually rush out with no time to eat a good meal in the morning. Understand or are you still confused?</p>
