New York Times list of schools with the most employable grads

The Emerging/Trendence survey was conducted in two waves. Initially, 2,500 recruiters in 20 countries were asked to complete a personalized online survey designed to characterize the ideal new graduate.</p>

<p>Several months later, more questions were asked of top recruiters from 10 countries deemed to be active employers. Those supplementary interviews resulted in the list of the top 150 global institutions in terms of graduate employability.

<p>I haven’t been able to find the survey itself online. I’d really like to know more about the questions asked and the respondants–I’m wondering why Tufts doesn’t show up on the list.</p>
