New York Youth Symphony on the Radio Tonight

<p>The McGraw-Hill Companies' Young Artists Showcase will feature a performance by the New York Youth Symphony tonight.</p>

<p>And if anyone has free time this coming Sunday, the NYYS is playing their second concert of the year at Carnegie Hall. They are playing a Chavez piece, a commissioned piece and Brahms Symphony #1. Concert is at 2pm, and tickets are as low as 10 bucks. I am not totally unbiased (my son is a member), but you get a really good performance out of these kids, they play on a level that more then a few professional orchestras I name don't match:).</p>

Our son played for 2 years while in college, tuba.
We loved the Carnegie concerts!</p>
