New Yorker's chances for UCs?

UCs I'll be applying to: Berkeley, Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Davis

I'm a white, middle class female in NY. Both of my parents have gone to college, and my dad has his master's, but my parents are divorced (relevant?)

I plan on going into Chemical Engineering with either a minor or double major in Computer Science
My SAT scores:
CR: 640
Math: 670
Writing: 730
Total: 2040

SAT II:
Chemistry: 750
US History: 750
Math II: Taking in October

Average:
94.8 unweighted/100.3 weighted
I looked up the 4.0 scale equivalents, but it said a 94.8 was a 4.0 so I wasn't sure.
Also I attend one of the top 1200 schools in the nation, top 150 in NY

All honors/APs in 9th, 10th, 11th
AP scores:
World History, 10th- 4
US History, 11th- 5
Chemistry, 11th- 4
Lit, 11th- 3

I took classes offered by local colleges in 11th:
SUNY Spanish: 4.0
SUNY Algebra: 4.0
SUNY Trig: 4.0

Classes I'll be taking senior year:
AP Lang
AP Calc
AP Bio
AP Gov't
Physics Honors
Conversational Spanish

ECs:
-Varsity Track for 9/10/11/12
-Debate Club for 9/10/11/12
-Yoga Club for 11
-Diabetes Fundraising for 11/12; Treasurer in 12
-Being an Informed, Active Student club for 9/10
-Math Honors Society for 10/11/12
-I have at least one job this summer that will likely continue through the school year

I'm retaking the SAT in November and I'll probably take the ACT as soon as I can.
My sister is also joining the military (Air Force), which may or may not be relevant.

I'm not sure of my chances because of my low SAT scores (for those schools) and the fact that I don't live in California. Any help is very much appreciated!
Thank you!!

The UCs are expensive for OOS, can your family afford them?

Yeah, we’ll be able to afford them. My sister said she’ll be getting $30k/yr and is willing to help if needed.
But we’ll afford them :)

Just a quick note. The UCs now have a higher OOS acceptance rate than their in-state acceptance rate. I’m thinking this may be because of budget problems and the high OOS tuition. I think you have a decent/good chance at Berkeley and UCLA and an extremely good chance at the others.

Woo! Thank you very much! That makes me very happy. Haha
