Are the tuition hikes recently approved by the Board of Regents to be placed into effect this coming semester? And do these increases affect both in-state and out-of-state students?

it appears the answer to all those questions is yes.

I think if your family makes under $120,000 they won’t go into effect for next year.

and i’m assuming that out of state tuition will increase accordingly? so by 2015, what…i’ll be paying like 65,000/year right? lol

time to go to private school

This coupled with the ELC going to 9% this year will drive really good students out of state. And guess what, find a relationship, job, ect. and they will never come back to Cali. Just another liberal idea to further mess this state up. Tuition is going thru the roof due to unions.
