Anyone have any news on whats up w/ UCI. Do you think they are rejecting alot of people. Its march 15th and UCI is taking a long time. Any ELCs been accepted or anyone else?

Didn't they post decisions online on March 1?

yeah but a lot of people including me have not received anything from uci

i have no idea what they're thinking..
last year, a lot of ppl had to wait until the end of march.
and they were accepted! (not all of them but..)
so i guess we have to wait, too?!

UCI is my last hope. (3.887/1250)
I'm praying that I get in. The suspense is killing me, but I don`t want to keep my hopes up, it only makes it worse when they say 'no.' :( Ahh please let me innnnnnnn if you read this UCI (or just tell Berkeley to let me in) :)

Well, this sucks. The only two schools I really want to hear from i'm still waiting for (UCI, UCSD). I got into Davis and SB, but i really don't want to go there...

Well, there's still Berkeley, but I laugh at my chances of getting in there.

me too ... i havent heard from them too ... their admissions r wack ... same for rest of uc's

my stats:
3.9 gpa
high 1300s
high 600's - low 700s for all sat iis
strong ec's, 500 community service hours,

i got into davis, sb, rejected from ucla, havent heard from ucsd yet

u guys have better stats than i do so dont' worry cuz i got in UCI n UCSB so keep ur hopes up =)

hey guys what majors did u apply to for UCLA?

Does UCI send rejections letters last? I got in already but I'm curious because most of my friends haven't heard from UCI yet.

i got accepted on the first day along with the regent scholarship and the honors prog.

Yeah, add me to the admitted statistics.

GPA (weighted): 4.3
SAT: 1160
ACT: 28 (1260)
SAT IIs: 710w...570m1...670lit
ETC.: 400+ hrs of community service, one leadership position, academic awards, great essays (my English teacher made them into graded assignments during 1st sem, so all of the people at my school got really great feedback and honest input on their essays)

No Regents scholarship carp here, though. I guess my low scores on the standardized testings may have something to do with that, but it doesn't matter. UCs are still considerably lower-priced for such an acclaimed institution. Especially here in CA.

Good luck, ye all.
