<p>Finally got my spring grades. Dam my math teacher gave me a B. 3.76 gpa and I finished TAP this semester.</p>

<p>I’m in pretty much the same situation/stats as you. The best we can do is hope we get in.</p>

<p>So I’m pretty bummed. Lol</p>

<p>Before i changed my major to sociology, i was set on majoring in biology and eventually wanted to become an optometrist. I’ve wanted to do that since the 7th grade lol. But i soon realized there was no way i was going to transfer in two yrs if i kept my major bio. So basically, i changed my major to transfer faster. I still find sociology to be a great major, even though my dreams of becoming an optometrist are considered to be more promising to some people lol.</p>

<p>But anyway, i feel like there’s always a prominent clubs at UCs for health majors, but I’m not sure UCs (UCLA specifically) have any promising social science/sociology clubs. </p>

<p>For ex: ucsd has hmp3 for health majors…The club helps you network, prepare for med school, find internships etc.</p>

<p>Other majors need good clubs too! Lol anyone know of anything?</p>

<p>I’m sure there are clubs for social sciences/sociology. Especially Sociology! It’s such a popular major, and I hear about clubs having really bizarre student clubs like, oh I don’t know, the midget ice bowling club!</p>
