"Next Generation" of College Confidential Here Already? (FALL 2010 Transfers)

^
I am in Japan and I have already heard the news!!!

): rip…

i wish i was at ucla right now…LOL

…):

Dude! I know!!! :(

Yeah I was there, I got out of class right when it happened and hung out infront of DTD watching, it was insane!

is it just me…or do you guys want to go to a different college every week? Usually…one week…I will be like “i am going to ucla…all the way!!!” and then the next week comes and I am like “cal is the school…that i want to go to!!!”

Well this is all contingent on the fact that I get in to both schools…but yeah…its ■■■■■■■■. I need mental help.

and another note…there was a 14 year old in my italian class…I almost choked. I am ten years older than her. Wow. I dont know what I was doing at 14 but I was sure not in college. haha.

I’m very similar. The last month up until a week ago or so it was all about Cal for me. Now its all about UCLA. I wonder when this will change…

Language is language. Plenty 14-year-old teens start languages in high school; the girl simply wants to learn a language that is not offered at her high school.

If that 14-year-old was enrolled in your Linear Algebra class, that would be a different story… haha

There is a 16 year old girl in either Calc II or III at our school.

I once had a married both in their 70s in my spanish class, they were cute old people.

Also CAL>UCLA :p

mikey, are you going to sac city college?

yes i am, why?

The campus there is so huge. I went there one time to see a play for my theatre arts class. My professor (Nicholson) teaches at both FLC (where I go) and sac city. Just saying, your campus if huge. FLC is really small.

yeah its bigger than FLC but ARC is fricking huge, liek xbox hueg

also what play did you have to see?

I was just at ARC today. I thought Sac City was bigger? I didn’t really see all of ARC though. I’m so jealous that you guys have way more class sections than we do. It must make it a lot easier to get the classes you want to fit in your schedule.
The play I saw was The Servant of Two Masters.

Yeah but with the budget problems they cut so many classes I had to schedule a 6:30 am class for Fall. -_-

I had to usher for The Servant of Two Masters, it was really funny although i got really lit before hand so that could have some effect.

Nice. I went completely sober and still had a good time with it. I went during the preview, the night before it actually opened. Tickets are way cheaper this way and anyone is allowed to go during preview. I guess since you ushered the price difference doesn’t matter. I had to usher the FLC play, Six Degrees of Separation. It was terrible.

This thing needs a jumpstart.

Anyone here trying to apply to UCSB’s College of Creative Studies? I might want to apply there for literature, it looks so interesting!

Not for creative studies but UCSB is on my short list of schools to apply to!

evan…what are some easy teachers at City? haha. I want to take some easy A classes…to super boost the GPA. I know you’ve had some…I know I have. :)

I noticed that there were a couple of people who mentioned they were going to major in anthropology. What is the difference between UCLA’s anthropology ba and bs? I’m doing ba just because I don’t want to do the math.

Well, B.A. is cultural, whereas B.S. is biological.
I don’t wanna take any more than 1 transferrable math class, which weighs in on my major decision, but also, Cultural Anthro is really interesting to me.
