on my calendar i marked the June SAT on June 9th instead of June 2nd. so, i missed the SAT. so i really REALLY need to do my best in the fall. however, i checked collegeboard & the October SAT scores won't get back in the mail until Nov 2. im applying early decision, the deadline is Nov 1, could i just print my scores off the website? or can i send my scores later?

Plus, i never got my May Subject Test Official Report back yet. how can i get that?

1- Look on the collegeboard.com website under each college's profile to see when the deadline is to submit SAT scores for your particular school. It's under the SAT, AP and CLEP tab.

2- Son just got his SAT II score report in the mail a couple of days ago. You should receive yours any time now.

so u can send yur SAT/ACT scores separate from your application?

Yes, the CollegeBoard sends the SAT scores directly to the college. (Same with the ACT, sent by the ACT.)

Were you able to find out when the SAT and ACT deadlines are for the schools you're interested in?

For example, look at this page for Harvard. It says scores are due by Feb. 15:
http://apps.collegeboard.com/search/CollegeDetail.jsp?collegeId=1251&profileId=6

You could rush your scores--although the College Board charges you extra $ for their rush service.

The October SAT is generally timely for most early action or early decision admission programs. Check what each college you are interested in says. And check your test date carefully too. Good luck.

It should NOT be necessary to rush scores. Harvard, at least, gets all scores from each testing administration at the same time, rushed or not rushed.

So it appears that requesting rush service usually just means you pay more money for the college to see your scores at the same time it would without rush service.
