This is my first time posting and I’m wondering if someone could explain a letter my son received saying that he is to fill a form out because he is in the top 2.5% of the Nhrp.
There are some people discussing cut offs and I don’t see anything in this letter.
Overall I am confused and need an understanding in order to know what are my sons realistic opportunities.

If he got the letter then he met the cut-off. Have him fill out the application. There are full ride scholarships associated with nhrp!

The letter should have his invitation number. He’ll need to download the application and then have the Guidance Counselor at your high school fill it out and sign it. Then you need to submit it through the web to apply for NHRP status.
Look around this forum for links to schools that give scholarships based on NHRP status.
