NHS Crisis

Okay here’s the deal… I’m currently on probation in NHS for forgetting to turn in stupid paper bags for a food drive… Now I’ve missed two consecutive meetings and forgotten to turn in my volunteer hours. (umm, yeah) I’m still awaiting for a notice from the SAC committee that will try me. Most likely I will face dismissal and I am thinking whether I should put NHS as my extracurricular activity for ED application (WHICH I ABSOLUTELY NEED TO FINISH BY TONIGHT). I’ve heard that my school’s NHS sends dumb letters to colleges the dismissed kids apply to, so I’m kinda scared.
When I sent my Part I of the app I didn’t mention anything about probation.

Should I not take the chance and not put NHS as an EC and probably mention about my probation status to be the most safe?

you should prob. leave nhs off the app. its not worth risking it

You could always "resign" from NHS before they kick you out.

Don't put it. The tiny benefit of being in NHS probably isn't worth the risk of the college receiving a bad recommendation about you.

Mandi is right.
